Mary Ellen and Joyce .. Thank you both so much... for your comments.. Much appreciated .. It is strange but in Ottawa I used to sell paintings all the time ... Now here in Florida I have to work my butt off to sell one.... Strange .. This seems to be a print oriented state down here.... But I am not complaining .. Prints are the bread and butter of life Thanks to you both.

I read that discussion also....and I agree with Joyce. Beautiful work. I must add though that some of my 'bad stuff' art was bought by people in the same area as Karin discussed, maybe it is something in the water!

Karin: I would want your so called bad work, too if you really have any! This is just beautiful and lush.

Incredible work! This one is my favorite. You have a awesome grasp on the essence of the flower. It's a difficult thing to capture and not many do it as well as you do.

Hi Karen, Your flower paintings are very nice. Thanks for the nice comments about me work. I'll be teaching a class in still life and pet portraiture this coming November at the Armory Art Center in West Palm Beach, FL.
